1. Contractual relationships, liability
www.meetup-poker.com (hereinafter referred to as meetup-poker.com), meetup-poker.com, Michel Groß and Julian Richter; Wegenerstraße 26, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen arranges travel services. In the event of a booking, meetup-poker.com mediates a contract for the selected travel services between the organizer or travel service provider named in the booking documents on the one hand and the meetup-poker.com customer on the other. Therefore, Meetup-poker.com itself is not responsible for the provision of travel services and is therefore not liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of mediated travel services (e.g. due to flight cancellations, flight delays, etc.).
a. A valid travel contract is concluded when meetup-poker.com submits the offer in writing (e-mail) and accepts it in writing (e-mail) by the customer. Upon or immediately after the conclusion of the contract, meetup-poker.com will email the customer a written travel confirmation and an invoice .
2. Payment
a. Insofar as meetup-poker.com invoices booked or canceled travel services and collects payments, this is done on behalf of the respective organizer or travel service provider. In addition to the out-of-court assertion of the claim, the order also includes any necessary judicial assertion of the claim.
b. If flight, rental car, train ticket, hotel and other additional services are not paid for directly on site, the invoice amount for these travel services is due for payment in full immediately after receipt of the booking confirmation. The amount of the invoice to be paid immediately and the amount to be paid on site are explicitly stated on the invoice.
c. Non-payment of the deposit and/or the final payment has no effect on the effectiveness of the travel contract. If meetup-poker.com is willing and able to provide the service, there is no entitlement to the travel service without full payment of the travel price. Excluded from this are the customer's statutory or contractual rights of retention.
i.e. If the travel price is not paid despite the due date and a deadline set by meetup-poker.com, meetup-poker.com can refuse to carry out the trip and charge the customer with cancellation costs according to Section 3a.a.
e. If a means of payment is used to pay for the booking, where meetup-poker.com incurs a payment transaction fee, meetup-poker.com will pass on the costs incurred.
f. If due payments are not made or not made in full even after a reminder with a deadline, the respective travel service provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The consequences of cancellation for rental cars, flight bookings, train bookings and hotel bookings are determined by the cancellation regulations in the general travel conditions of the organizer. For all other travel services according to the respective cancellation regulations in the general terms and conditions of the respective travel service provider.
G. If payment is offered by debiting an account or by debiting a credit card when booking, the disclosure of the bank or card data includes the consent to the collection of the agreed payment amounts. Third-party bank accounts or third-party credit cards are only accepted with the prior written or, in exceptional cases, (telephone) oral consent of the respective account or card holder.
H. If a direct debit agreed at the time of booking ends in a return debit due to the fault of the account or payment card holder, the associated additional costs will be passed on. This includes, in particular, the fees charged by the bank or credit card company as well as a further EUR 10 per return debit to cover the additional costs incurred at meetup-poker.com (flat-rate reminder fee). A flat-rate reminder fee will also be charged if, in the case of an agreed payment by bank transfer, due payments are not made and dunning measures become necessary.
i. meetup-poker.com offers the following means of payment. Payment of the total amount by invoice (bank transfer by customer).
3. Withdrawal and other changes after booking
a. Withdrawal: Withdrawal can be made by submitting an explicit written declaration or by conclusive behavior (e.g. non-fulfilment of payment obligations). The amount of cancellation compensation depends on the booked travel service and the time of receipt of the cancellation notice.
aa cancellation fees:
The consequences of cancellation for rental cars, flight bookings, train bookings, hotel bookings and complete packages offered are determined by the cancellation regulations in the general travel conditions of the tour operator (meetup-poker.com is only the travel agent, not the tour operator). For all other travel services according to the respective cancellation regulations in the general terms and conditions of the respective travel service provider.
Example: If, for example, a flight and a hotel are booked for the customer in the course of booking a trip via meetup-poker.com, the cancellation fees are based on the terms and conditions of the respective airline and hotel company. If, for example, the hotel can be canceled free of charge, but the flight is not, then meetup-poker.com will charge the customer for the cancellation fees actually incurred (for the flight in this case).
In addition to the tour operator's supposed cancellation fees, meetup-poker.com charges the customer €30 for each cancellation or change to a trip to cover their own additional expenses.
The traveler is entitled to prove that less damage has occurred - the organizer is entitled to assert a cancellation damage in excess of the cancellation fee in individual cases against proof.

Plus the fees of the respective travel service provider EUR 30 per affected travel service and per affected traveler to cover their own additional expenses.
b. Other changes after booking:
In addition to the fees of the respective travel service provider, meetup-poker.com charges a processing fee of EUR 30 per change and per affected traveler for rebookings to substitute travelers or other changes.
4. Important information about air travel
a. The personal information in your flight documents and your booking confirmation must match the information on your ID. A right to carriage exists only for the confirmed flights. Rebooking a flight to another flight is possible by withdrawing from the booked trip and then booking the desired replacement flight. Cancellation fees for the original flight and payment for the replacement flight are incurred.
b. Check-in times vary - specific times can be found on the service telephone number or on the website of the operating airline. Check-in usually begins around 120 minutes before departure and the passenger should be at the counter no later than 90 minutes before departure. However, especially for non-European flight destinations, check-in sometimes begins much earlier and the counter often closes 120 minutes before departure.
Please note: Late arrivals will be considered a no-show. If the outward flight is not taken, this often results in the cancellation of the return flight. The same applies if you fail to confirm the return flight as required by some airlines. If flights are not used, airlines regularly retain the full amount of the fare.
c. Baggage carriage conditions vary by airline, route and fare. You can find out more about permitted baggage and hand baggage, special and excess baggage, the obligation to register and other things worth knowing about baggage carriage on the website of the carrier airline or on the service hotline of the carrier airline. In general, medicines, keys, important documents and valuables belong in hand luggage. Violations of this can lead to a liability exemption for the airline and tour operator in the event of damage.
i.e. Baggage damage and baggage loss must be reported immediately to the airline itself or its handling agent at the destination airport and a damage report (PIR) must be drawn up as proof of this. In the event of damage/loss of baggage, any legal action is excluded if the person entitled does not notify the air carrier in writing immediately after discovering the damage, but no later than seven days after receipt of the baggage in the case of international trips. The same applies to the delayed delivery of luggage with the proviso that this notification must be made immediately, but no later than 21 days after the luggage was delivered. The notification must be in writing and must be sent within the aforementioned periods.
e. The age limits or when a person is classified as an infant or child varies from airline to airline. Therefore, please contact the airline directly or your booking office to find out about the regulations that apply to you. The following usually applies: Small children are transported at the earliest from the age of 6 weeks and travel on the laps of their legal guardians. You are not entitled to your own seat or baggage allowance - unless you have your own non-discounted booking. From the age of 2 years, children occupy their own seat. Children under 14 years of age are only transported when accompanied by a person aged 16 or over who takes responsibility for them. Children and young people under the age of 16 will only be transported if the parent or legal guardian has given their consent. In Spain and France, children under the age of 18 must present a completed authorization form from their legal guardian in order to leave their home country. It is the passenger's responsibility to carry the required documents with them.
f. meetup-poker.com provides information on the identity of the operating airline(s) when booking in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2111/05. If there is a change in the operating airline after booking, this will be communicated to the travelers affected as soon as it becomes known. The list of airlines subject to an operating ban in the EU can be viewed at http://air-ban.europa.eu.
G. Conditions of carriage for pregnant women vary from airline to airline. Therefore, please inquire directly with the respective airline. Air transport is usually rejected from the 28th week of pregnancy.
5. Important information on travel offers with hotel stays
a. The booked hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel (usually 2:00 p.m. local time). On the day of departure, the official check-out time of the respective hotel (usually 10:00 a.m. local time) must be observed, for scheduled return flights after midnight and before 03:00 a.m. local time the official check-out time of the hotel on the day before departure . Early check-in or late check-out can be booked through our booking offices at an additional cost, depending on availability. You will be informed of the exact check-in and check-out times by email from meetup-poker.com in the course of the booking confirmation.
6. Vaccination and entry requirements
In principle, the traveler is responsible for complying with all travel formalities, including obtaining the necessary entry documents. If you book by telephone, our staff will give you information on vaccination and entry requirements.
7. Data Use and Privacy
a. meetup-poker.com collects and uses your data in accordance with the data protection regulations for the sale, arrangement and execution of trips and related services only within the framework of the statutory provisions. b. For the purpose of the credit check and only to the extent permitted by law, we may obtain credit information - in Germany from Creditreform Boniversum GmbH (Hellersbergstraße 11, D-41460 Neuss) and SCHUFA Holding AG (Kormoranweg 5, D-65201 Wiesbaden), in Austria from Deltavista GmbH (Diefenbachgasse 35, A-1150 Vienna). For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to the credit agencies mentioned above and use the information received for a balanced decision on the justification
and execution of the contractual relationship. The credit report can contain probability values (score values), which are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical methods and which, among other things, include address data. Your concerns will be considered in accordance with the statutory provisions.
8. Applicable law, partial invalidity, place of jurisdiction
a. German law applies exclusively to the travel contract.
b. An ineffectiveness of individual regulations does not have the ineffectiveness of the
entire travel contract.
c. The travel agent meetup-poker.com can be sued at his registered office. The travel agent can sue the customer at his place of residence.
